  I'm posting a 3-star review for now because he did my driveway, even came back and repaired some stuff for free. But I specifically remember having a permit conversation with him, with him telling me, and I quote, "The permits are on us." Now that the county is asking me to produce the permits, he's saying he NEVER has ever pulled a permit in his entire time in business and it should have been me who should have taken care of the permits. Has anyone else had this issue with this company?
