  This is the third or fourth time that this FedEx has continued to give the poorest service that I've ever received in any customer service environment . How often does a customer go into an establishment and not get greeted immediately ? Other than this place I think it's unheard of. Oh and then when someone did decide to stop what they were doing and help me, as I was the only customer in the store , she neglected to inform me that they were about to close overnight delivery which I was asking about as I told her that I was stepping aside to get information to be able to do so. No sooner did I come back to the register to confirm with her that the shipment would get there tomorrow she told me she had closed overnight 19 minutes before , while I was standing there. Why didn't you tell me I had to hurry or it was already closed - when I was standing in front of her the first time - after I had been waiting for 5 to 10 minutes while she tinkered around directly in front of me without saying a single thing?? I seriously do not know what's wrong with this establishment and the people that work there but it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life .
  
  Exactly the same behavior and lack of information and customer service has occurred on so many occasions I'm just so fed up with it. And people think USPS is terrible. The industry doesnt care and must be full of people looking for a free paycheck with no people skills or any idea what service is.
