  Jeanie was really nice to begin with. She respected my special request and made sure that I was fully comfortable which I really appreciated. However, the colour of my hair didn't come out the way I asked my hairstylist, and Jeanie didn't seem to address my concern but brushed it off and instead began praising the hairstylist. So I thought it's fine, I'll change the color myself. The only reason I wanted to try this salon is because I saw that there was a deal on Groupon for $59 which included a haircut, style, blow dry and one process color. When I called to make an oppointment, Jeanie asked me not to buy the deal from Groupon because that way she wouldn't receive all the money. So I didn't and decided to pay at the salon. After I got done with my hair treatment she told me that I owed her $134. This being more than double the amount I was was expecting to pay I was obviously suprised because I felt like she was cheating me. I wanted to understand why she was not giving me the deal we initially discussed, but all she kept repeating was how long the stylist had spend with me and did I really think it's gonna be only $59. As far as I was concerned, I had seen a discount online and discussed it with her beforehand, so how long or short the stylist spends on me is none of my concern as it was part of a deal. Accepting that there had been some sort of miscommunication I paid her what she wanted and then she asked If I wanted to tip my hairstylist. I already felt cheated and frustrated that that I was paying more than I had expected, so I decided not to tip on this occasion which is quite frankly my right not to do so. By this time her professionalism and courtesy had run out and she became quite rude, flipping out and telling me not to come back to her salon.
  
  So, if you're interested in someone who's simply being nice for your money then Jeanie's is the place for you, but God forbid you have some complaint because then you're in for some serious denial, embarrassment and unprofessional behaviour
