  Rating this practice 4 stars for Dr. Wilhelm. She is very responsive when I've called with medication issues and is always very attentive when I visit her for appointments. I appreciate that she works with me and considers my preferences regarding medication and treatment.
  
  Rating this practice only 1 star for the front office staff. They tend to be very rude and terse in their questions and responses. Sometimes you really have to push to get their attention.
  
  I was also very unhappy with the counselor I met with for a few sessions early on in my treatment. She was very strange and spent most of the session suggesting different reading materials or searching through stacks of paper for different inspirational quotes, etc. I didn't feel that she did a good job listening to me and trying to actually address my issues.
