  Some of their sub-contractors were good and helpful. Some were not. Some did shoddy work. They left trash in the yard (even though there was a dumpster on site). They were horrible at adhering to promised schedules. It was so difficult, we had to fire/cancel some of the projects we had originally planned to have them do. Would have liked to have fired them earlier, as things became problematic, but too much was already invested, including permits in their names. They tried to pass off very shoddy finishing work as "done". We wouldn't pay until they fixed almost all of it. Eventually, it was done enough for us to send them on their way, but we refused allowing any reference to our job or pictures to be used.
