  I woke up this morning with a flat tire. I called around and was given a lot of quotes that I could not afford. I called merchant tire, and Frank gave me a great quote. I made an appointment and came in to the store. When I got here, my appointment and the phone call had not been logged. Tony, the associate, told me he couldn't get me out of the store any where near the price I was quoted. I then spoke with Tony, the store manager, and he ended up giving me a quote that was still over what I had originally been quoted, but not by much. He also comped me a free oil change and installation services. I went from panic attack mode to being very appreciative very quickly.
